Eat What You Like

I have lost 26 pounds so far and I think one of the main secrets to my success is eating delicious food everyday, for every meal. I do not do well with diet eating, restricting myself to food I don't really like, I always find myself looking forward to it being over. This time around I only eat the food I want, I don't choke down melon with cottage cheese. I completely cater my diet to my tastes, with some low fat/ low cal tweaks.
