If I make something and it's awful or if the portion is way too large or has too much sodium or is just wrong, I don't hesitate to toss it in the trash. I'm not listening to that voice saying, "eat everything on your plate." I know if it's in the garbage, it's gone and sometimes that is the best thing for me. Waste is bad, but weight is a killer!
