Think you might be hungry? Grab a glass of water.

Sometimes we get that feeling in our stomaches, and think to ourselves, "I think I might be hungry." Well, if you aren't sure, try drinking a glass of water. It knocks down your water intake by 1 glass and removes that feeling that was potentially not hunger and you've saved yourself unnecessary calories.
