Whenever I buy crackers, pretzel sticks, nuts, dried fruits or any other snack item, I make a point of counting or measuring portion sizes into snack baggies. Then I place the baggies into the empty bag or box and keep them in my pantry. That way, when I want a snack, I just grab a baggy and know I will be eating exactly the right portion.
