Gene Variants May Hold Key To Gateway Barret Esophagus Disease

Three gene variants have been detected to be more profound in patients with esophageal cancer and Barret esophagus according to researchers. The incidence of esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) in the United States and Europe has increased a whopping 350% since 1970, with the cause uncertain.
