ORDER A KIDS MEAL..today my co-workers ordered lunch from a local deli, i ordered a kids turkey and cheese on wheat with organic baby carrots instead of chips..300ish calories..& im really full..even if you go to mcdonalds & get a kids meal [not the big kids meal, the regular one] & get apple dippers & diet soda, you get your taste for mickey d's with WAY fewer calories..i dont recommend doing this often with fast food but every once in a while wont hurt..its all about good choices & moderati...
