Why waste calories on a drink, when you can have 0 calories in water with a fresh lemon or lime squeezed in or freeze a few raspberries and put them in it!!!! I find if it tastes good I'll do it!!!! Don't be boring, add fresh ingredients. Try to stay away from aspartame which is in alot of the low calorie drink mixes.
