Veggies for breakfast

Don't think that veggies are just for lunch or dinner...add them to breakfast. Scramble eggs or make omelettes with squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, fresh green beans, spinach, or whatever veggie you like. I find that it keeps me much more satisfied!
