I find a lot of days I am HUNGRY in the afternoon about the time I start thinking about what to fix for dinner. I make a "smoothie" with Kroger lo carb yogurt and Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage. The combined proteins really takes the edge off my hunger and the volume fills me up. Hood makes a chocolate and plain version. I love the chocolate with vanilla yogurt and yesterday I made the plain with strawberry colada yogurt...delicous! ENJOY!
