Like water for pop

I find it really hard to drink enough water, and would rather be thirsty than deal with a sports drink, yet i can wipe out a pack of soda easily - diet, fully-loaded, caffeinated or not. I discovered unflavored sparkling water mixed with a splash of pure fruit juice, any kind. Spread out a small bottle of juice across the week, and youll have no trouble getting in your water count. It tastes just like Crush or Fanta, with some vitamins, few calories, and is easy on your wallet.
