I've discovered that if I can stuff myself with water and veggies and fruits when I'm hungry I won't keep craving unhealthy foods. If I let myself get very hungry I find that I go after less healthy and more calorie/fat dense foods. I now know that I don't need to be starving to lose weight. Just gotta keep filling up that water glass and keep the fridge stocked with produce.
