My own take on Ceaser's Salad

I made my own dressing : Low-fat Mayo, Mustard and minced garlic.
Croutons : day old bread, cube and add a splash of olive oil, baked till golden brown.
Toss with romain or butterhead leaves and walla!
No bacon though, as it adds fat.
