Keep low fat granola bars and bottle of water in the car

When you go to a mall or are doing errands, it is sometimes as hard to find a healthy snack and fluids as it is to find a payphone nowadays. After I shop or do errands, I can have a healthy snack and 8oz. of water right before or after so that I don't overeat at my next meal. 250
