Slice 1/2 of a cucumber into 1/4" slices. Divide 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb cheese by smearing a bit onto each slice. Top with slices of 1 fresh, seeded jalapeno pepper. Crunchy, savory, with a kick, makes a whole plate of yummy goodness for 60 calories. Best. Snack. Ever.
