Don't forget about plain old "boring" Cheerios! They taste great with milk and a sprinkle of Splenda (obviously - it's cereal after all...), mixed into flavored yogurt or plain yogurt and a dash of cinnamon, or just eaten plain when you're craving a crunchy snack. At 100 calories for a cup (that's really a LOT of them), they can easily fit into a day's calorie allowance. There's a reason that they've been around so long - because they're awesome!
