One thing to do, to get your five a day, is to use -those- as your snacks throughout the day. Adding fruits or veggies to your meals, plus a fruit or veggie snack here and there, makes those servings add up. Personally, I enjoy a kiwi or some celery here and there. Add in some baby carrots with a bit of hummus, and it doesn't seem so difficult to get five in anymore!
