Thinking they were healthy, I used to gobble Morningstar, Boca and other processed patties and links until I heard Dr. Oz discuss the inherent dangers. Skeptical, I read the side of the box for myself. Sparkers, there are a HUGE number of processed ingredients in these products, including an overabundance of sodium. All I'm saying is before you buy and use these soy based products, read the box first, then judge if it's right for you or not.
