Usually I like to have a glass of wine or two throughout the evening, but it sucks up a lot of calories! I recently replaced wine with herbal tea, and I'm surprised to find that I'm not feeling deprived. When I can sip on something all evening, I don't miss the wine at all, and mint tea is nice to avoid feeling hungry as well.
