Morning (2 cups): Keep a 16 oz. water bottle (most brands are near this) at your bathroom sink where you get ready. I drink a full bottle then with my Rx pills.
Lunch (2 cups): Before you eat! This helps fill your tummy a little too. :)
Dinner (2 cups): Same as Lunch!
