For lunch I'll sometimes have a salad consisting of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion & grilled chicken. However, instead of the usual salad dressings, I use mustard. It may sound strange, but I figure its a lot like the standard lunch of a sandwich or wrap, but without the bread. And mustard has far less calories & fat than typical dressings - plus you don't really need all that much of it because of the strong flavor, so sodium is less too.
