Keep a healthy snack in your purse or desk drawer

I'm really active in our church, and take part in several study groups and workteams. This requires 2-3 meetings each week, sometimes out of town. Sometimes these events mean that I can't have lunch or dinner at my regular time. So that I'm not tempted to stop for fast food, or to over-eat when I get home, I carry an energy bar in my purse at all times.
