Eat as clean as you can.

Choosing what nature gives us rather than what comes from a box or bag will not only guarantee a healthier body, mind and spirit, it will help your body shed unwanted pounds. I have lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks by eating as "clean" as I can and exercising regularly!
