I ate light but satisfying first two meals (and ok, a bit boring) to save up for a dinner I was looking forward to--taco pizza. I was able to eat 3 pieces, which was perhaps an indulgence but oh so worth it.
Planning ahead allowed to me to enjoy a wonderful dinner, guilt-free!!
