Set the Timer

When I eat a meal and don't automatically feel full I tend to want to go back for more food. Instead of denying myself outright, I set a timer for 20 minutes while I wait for the meal to settle, then allow myself a small healthy snack if I am still hungry (or drink water, milk, or tea).
