Getting five servings of fruits and vegetables was our biggest obstacle to healthy eating. We found that by always having a fruit with breakfast (1/2 a banana or 1/2 cup blueberries) and a fruit with lunch (an apple or an orange) and then always cook at least three vegetables with dinner.
