Whenever I am in the mood for something sweet and a piece of fruit won't work I pop a glass of milk in the microwave for 2 minutes (any more time and it overflows) then add 2 packets of sweetener to it. It's like a homemade vanilla creme from starbucks but with fewer calories. (90 for a glass of skim milk). It also reminds me of what a hot vanilla milkshake might taste like.
