I did not know I did not get enough folate into my diet until I joined SP and started looking and really FOCUSING ON the NUTRIENT LIST {at the bottom of the Daily Nutrition Tracker}. I was determined to get it to the minimum of 100 each day ,but HOW to do that??? I noticed when I had oatmeal and1 cup of orange juice for breakfast, there was some folate. And since I was trying to get my cholestrol down @ the same time[oatmeal lowers cholestrol-it's proven-I lost 77 pts. in 5 mos.!]
