I stock up on seedless grapes when they are on sale, take them off the stem, and portion them out in snack size bags (about 1/2 c.). I keep them in the freezer and when the urge to snack hits, take out a bag for a 30 calorie treat. Being frozen, they take longer to eat so the craving is appeased with one bag. I told my grandkids they're really 'ogre eyeballs', and when they come over that's the first thing they ask for.
