I found that calories, fats, and carbs were sneaking into my diet, since I was just eyeballing serving sizes (and not very well). So now I keep a few measuring tools close at hand...usually in the drying rack in the sink or in a small bowl. That way, I know exactly how much ingredient (like sugar in my coffee, and rice on my plate...) I am using!
