Skip the salad dressing....add some flavor!

Instead of using calorie laden (in the form of fat for creamy dressings or sugar for all the others), use hummus as your salad dressing. You will increase the flavor of your salad (that is why you use dressing anyway), and at the same time, bump up the protein and fiber content! Make your own to control the amount of fat!
