Dairy for calcium and protein and weight loss

I am including 3-4 servings of non-fat dairy product in my diet which I thought was so difficult to include. I drink one cup of milk as I feel hungry and it instantly fills me up accounting just for 80 calories with 8g of proteins.

  1. Dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt are good source for the calcium, and protein.
    These dairy products are goods for the muscles building but are not more good for the weight loss because these foods have some amount of the fat which disturb the weight loss process.
