Missing those Ramen Noodles?

Looking at the Nutrition Facts on my former favorite noodle snacks left me passing them up, until I found a better alternative. Mama Bean Thread Noodles (50 cents or so at Wal*Mart) have a mere 140 cals/3.5 g fat for the whole package.
My MO - Steam bok choy & mushrooms with the seasoning packets in the microwave, then add the boiled noodles. Spicy and a little garlicy & won't send you over your tracker count...who could ask for more?
