Portion Control

Portion Control has been the most difficult part of healthy eating for me. So my secret (I'm sure many others use this technique) is to separate into serving sizes immediately after a grocery store trip. I use small ziplocks or rubbermaid containers and separate my grapes, crackers, almonds, even meats into a serving size portion making it easy to grab a snack or pack a quick lunch.
