I'm sure there are several, but the website www.whfoods.com lists the health benefits of just about any whole food you can think of. This website goes far beyond just the basic nutrition chart information. I really enjoy knowing that kiwifruit, for instance, are helpful in "Fiber for Blood Sugar Control Plus Cardiovascular and Colon Health." Especially when there's a food that I don't really care for that much (in my case, squash), knowing how it benefits me motivates me to eat it.
