Fruit

I have learned that by placing a fruit basket or a large bowl with a variety of fresh fruit on the table Im less tempted to eat things that arent as healthy. It also helps to curb my appetite to have it easily accessible in between meals and serves as a reminder that I need to have fruits and veggies in my daily diet.
