I aim for 4-5 multi-grains/day, 5 or more fruits and vegetables, eat only brown rice and whole wheat pasta, and sweet potatoes. Olive oil, lots of water. My biggest challenge is salt - my doctor wants me to eat no more than 1500 mg. of sodium/day, and this is very challenging. I've learned to read labels carefully.
