It is a temptation to shrug your shoulders and eat what is on the menu as offered. You can ask for modifications and still make good choices. I saw a grilled buffalo chicken wrap, and a chicken Caesar salad on the menu. by substituting the grilled buffalo chicken and skipping the croutons and dressing I had a great low calorie lunch!
