I have noticed that since I started eating healthier, my 3 yo CHILD is eating healthier. When I take the time to slice oranges for him to eat after his nap,and offer them to him,he WILL eat them! I sometimes need to buy the more expensive pre-cut fruit or the veggie tray [and cut them] ,but these shortcuts have HELPED ME to HELP HIM eat HEALTHY!
