Food Journal

I hate counting calories, measuring and weighing food, but I find that keeping a food journal, just writing down what I ate and what time helps keep me from reaching for unhealthy snacks. I still don't count and measure, I just write the time and a general idea of what I ate. It helps keep me honest.
