See Less , Eat Less

When eating meals I use a smaller plate and silver ware. I eat off a Salad plate and use a Salad fork. It may seem simple but it can trick you into thinking your eating as much as anyone else. Also drink a full glass of water before every meal. This can help fill you up before you eat.
