organic veggie saver

I only buy organic veggies but find it challenging to eat them quickly. I found that If I cook all of the veggies al dente on Saturday when I purchase them, they remain good to use throughout the rest of the week. For example, I blanch the broccoli then cook it in any fashion I choose much later OR saut� the peppers with onion and store them in the fridge to add to any item I choose. Saves time and money.
