Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks and it is my go-to for after dinner when I get the munchies. I have an air popper and it makes 5 cups. That is only 125 calories, but I will split it with my boyfriend and add spritzes of I cant believe its not butter spray with a little salt or use a Molly Mc Butter low-calorie seasonings (cheddar is my favorite). I also only eat it one piece at a time instead of shoveling it into my mouth.
