I have always been a fried egg eater. Knowing fried is not good I tried to poach some eggs and I discovered that poached is not only better for you but BETTER! I don't have to try to flip it without breaking the yoke, there are no gross hard yucky edges and it is easier to tell when it is done. Also, I get lots of protein without the added fat. My new favorite egg!
