Have your wine and drink it too!

If you're like me.. You love your vino, but felt like you had to give it up to loose weight.. Here's a little trick if you're a white wine drinker: Gradually decrease your sugar intake by switching wines..

Top Sugars:
1. Muscato
2. Reisling
3. Pinot Grigio
4. Chardonnay

By working your way down to a Chardonnay you get used to the "dryer" tastes and can brag to your friends that you are now an educated connoisseur!
