Sometimes I get a crazy urge for a kit kat bar or an almond joy. So I keep pre bagged pretzels and milk chocolate chips in my pantry if you eat 1 low sodium pretzel with just 1 chocolate chip and separate them to keep in your calorie range it gets rid of the craving and you don't keep eating and overindulge! It's a good mix of salty and sweet and it will get rid of your chocolate attack!
