I LOVE cooking !!! The Sparkrecipes here are pretty easy to fix,have helpful comments that I have been able to use, and list all the calories by each ingredient! What could be easier? I know--trying something new! But if you DON"T use the SP recipes , you are robbing yourself of some pretty good dishes that help with the weight loss! They are filling,low on calories[at least I require the recipes I choose to be around 200-400 cals.so that's low to me!] since most of the time I prepare ...
