Full Nutrition Data at Self

When I add my fruits and veggies to my Nutrition Tracker, I always go to nutritiondata.self.com to see the Full Story! Instead of focusing on the sugar in fruit, I love seeing how many different Vitamins and Minerals there really are in what I'm eating.
