Eat Breakfast

No matter what I eat breakfast every morning. I feel that it gives me energy to workout and I'm less likely to overeat or eat the wrong thing later in the day. I also have a healthy breakfast, for me if I start my day eating healthy I'll usually end my day eating healthy.
