Having grown up in an international home,I love spicy food and I love Thai food!At the restaurant,drink a cup or two of tea.By the time your meal arrives you've curbed your hunger and can eat half and enjoy the rest later.Go for the steamed veggies,seafood and stay away from coconut/cream based sauces.Ask for steamed brown rice instead of white.The papaya salad is to die for and extremely healthy.Watch out for the hot HOT spices.Little changes go a long way when eating out.
