Oat So Simple

Quaker Oats- Oat So Simple. Does what it says on the tin basically. It's great for breakfast, snack or quick lunch. Its very easy to make as you only need to add water. The golden syrup flavoured one is very tasty and only has 190 calories. The original one is also very good and has a perfect creamy porridge texture. I like to have one of these in the morning for breakfast as it keeps me feeling full throughout the day and makes me eat less at lunch. Its very quick and easy, with no mess.
